what a subtitle!
I don't have the time to give this a full writeup but it's a fun shmup with colourful graphics and I think it deserves more attention.
I tried it once on an APM3 cabinet and I just fell in love with the huge point items generated by cancelling bullets, so I bought it on switch not long afterwards. It has 3D graphics (kind of a rarity in shmups) with fun camerawork between stage segments that gives the stages a more dynamic feel.
All the characters play differently and have their own mechanics (they are based on other games from Studio Saizensen/Success). If you get to the ending with all the characters (using continues is fine. edit: turns out you only need to get to the ending once in the steam version!), you unlock a boss character who is even more fun to play with (stronger with wide-reaching special attacks)
the story is humourous and it features one really funny translation choice that still sticks with me (can't remember the exact phrasing, but it was basically 「大きなWILLOWちゃん」 translated as "my big li'l Willow" (nerdy edit: the great thing about this choice is that it takes the implicit "diminutive" quality of -chan and represents it explicitly as "li'l," which works wonderfully in contrast with the "big"))
