The elevators in this hotel have digital signage TVs that don't have any content in their playlists or something, so they're just showing this moody video of a storm on some plains... with a very conspicuous AT&T microwave site! It's both an unusually tall tower (typical of plains where they can't put the station up a hill) and red/white striped, usually only done near airports. With a bit of work you could probably figure out exactly which site it is.
