about building a 3/4 scale replica of the Troy & New England No.6 motor car
for anyone interested, here's a photo taken of No.6 in Averill Park, NY, on September 30th, 1895 for the inaugural run of the T&NE, painted white and red (a funny premonition of the future UTC buyout) with its original riveted steel bogey frame and power assembly. present are motorman William Curtin and conductor Frank O'Neil on the right of the frame; everyone else was either a T&NE company officer, or members of the Troy City Railway invited for the occasion.
