iPad in the next room: “okay, 12 minutes starting now”
me, who wanted the timer to be on the phone that’s literally in my hand: “hey Siri cancel that timer”
iPhone in my hand: “there are no timers set”
you can’t make this shit up
yesterday i was trying to set a timer for some pasta and my phone picked it up, instead of the homepod in the kitchen that i was literally standing next to. ofc it heard me wrong and set it for the wrong time, so i asked it to cancel.
instead, my iphone perked up and told me that there aren't any timers.
i'm fucking ordering a kitchen timer.
