okay but yesterday(this is real not a joke) i saw an ambulance hit a car and then 5 minutes later an ambulance rushed to the scene and hit the first ambulance and then immediately, directly across the street, a firetruck pulled out of a fire station and almost hit all 3 of them. i think the chain of command might be made up on the spot
these are the questions that keep people who design open world games where you can steal any car up at night
