Big FFXIV mood, even more so for healers. And it’s one of the greatest things about playing Warrior: it’s possibly the job that’s least affected by others messing up. I keep the boss occupied, I do my partywide mitigations, I slap Nascent Flash on other party members who eat paste, if it’s off cooldown and I don’t need it for myself … but if I’m concentrating on the boss while something bad happens, it might be quite a while before I even notice that the healers are dead.
