I don't have a threads account but Instagram has started pushing posts from it into my feed. It is trying to entice me to the platform by saying "A bunch of people you don't know are living early 2014 normie Twitter right now."

i see these and for a brief moment i think "well a lot of the people i follow post things this banal too" but then i remember that it's more tolerable when it's interspersed with game dev stuff and fat wolf asses
