my only cohost feature request is removing the weird restriction on pinned tags to only pulling from your top 15 most used tags. there's no reason for that and it actively gets in the way of how I want to use it.

yeah it feels like such a strange choice. i feel like it should be for bookmarking important tags not just the most used. the most important tags could have like three posts!!! three very important posts!!!!
yeah you might have things that are important that you rarely post about, or might be starting up a new tag thing but haven't posted much with it yet. and there doesn't seem to be any technical reason behind it, because you can definitely get to a page showing all posts you made with any tag.
i think they're planning on fixing it because enough of us complained about it on the Feature Request forum lmao. But yeah it's funny how it's the exact opposite way of how most people want to use it. We want to pin the important tags that are HARD to find on our profiles, not generic terms like "anime" or "video game." Basically, the opposite of "broadly-applicable discoverability tags."
