I got out of bed today despite wanting nothing else than to go back to sleep
I put clothes on despite wanting to walk around in pajamas all day (and despite clothes being uncomfortable)
I admitted to both my partner, my headmate, and my roommate that I'm struggling

I did small things today that I'll allow myself to be proud of, because today of all days is a day when I need this
