I've always felt like MM5 is the biggest 'meh' of the NES games. I'm sure for the people who played it as their first Mega Man it's fine, but it's more of the same for those have been sticking with the series. At least in Mega Man 6 you get different Armors that add some extra spice to gameplay.
Like it's not a bad game, but unless you're a big fan of the series, it's kinda like filler.
