i will be entirely real im so god damn tired of americans implying the US is the Worst Place Ever and Everyone Else Has it better. i live in the fucking philippines and i've had people imply my government is somehow more functional or normal than the US (bruh political assassinations in local elections are a regular, persistent problem here)
