pretty sure there's at least one doom mod that calls hard mode basically that
I have literally considered making the description text for a hardest difficulty "for people who are compensating for something"
Story Mode - There is no actual difference between this and Arcade Mode other than infinite lives which if you think that's a problem, maybe look in inward.
