anyway, I would like to think that most of us know Cohost wasn't meant to be a primary internet space. Most of the current events and news I follow and share I get from the fediverse, which has improved…slightly. Sure, it's still full of nazis and white people trading on perceived cluelessness and there's no universal quote-post solution there, but at least my feed is melanated and marvelous and I'm actually starting to hear some breaking news there first. And it's not even always from someone screenshotting a Twitter post!
Honestly, my main problem is I just have never been the type to take a picture on one site and share it on another. I have no problem with people who do, I'm grateful for it, it's just not something I think of doing myself. I started to do it just now and my brain told me to siddown and shaddap.
