Ive only been making webpages for about a year now but heres some stuff Ive picked up along the way to make things easier, or to make things really feel like home on your webpage. If you have anymore to add let me know I want to make this easily accesable to as many cohost users as I can!

- Status Cafe is a mini widget to tell visitors how your feeling, but you need an account to use it
- Dreamwidth is a journaling site, you can display this on your website if youd like, it also requires an account.

It's what I used for my site, and it's really helpful because it's very well-commented. My comfort zone is raw HTML from the late 90s/early 00s so I'm lost with a lot of more advanced stuff (I opened 11ty and closed it immediately because that's already too much for me), and even I was able to understand about 90% of how to mess with the code in the sadgrl template thanks to how well it's commented. It really lowered the barrier!
