It's impossible to expect people not to commit felonies online. How could they possibly know what's illegal? And if they didn't know better, you can't hold them accountable for that, that's how the American legal system works. People are committing felonies constantly all the time and they can't help themselves, there's just no way to avoid it.

Yesterday I decapitated a squirrel with my glave in an elementary school cafeteria and threw the head at a child. Apparently that's not allowed, but how was I supposed to know? I just don't think it's reasonable to expect me not to do stuff like that.
