I'm pretty sure this photoset is what's going to finally get me to invest in my desire to have a sprocket rocket --
if you want to get sprocket shots I would honestly recommend getting a medium-format camera and 3d printed adapters instead if you can afford it. the sprocket rocket is a cool toy camera but it has a fixed plastic lens that isn't very sharp, vignettes like hell, and has only two apertures, plus it can only do 1/100th + bulb, and it's viewfinder-only. I know a medium format camera is more expensive, but you can get a mamiya press or something like that on ebay for ~$150 and you'll get exponentially better results than with a lomography camera
Yeah you're so right -- I've used one exactly once and it was a lot of fun (triple exposed it and just wandered around not knowing how anything would look) but definitely had no control at all. Do you know if anyone has done adapters between large format (like plates) and 35mm -- I have a medium format camera I got gifted taunting me...
oh wow beautiful work !! absolutely love the colors from the fuji 200, i really should get back into film
