that's actually kind of nice to know. I will probably continue asking care providers in clinical settings to put on a mask just because it's useful to know how resistant someone is to the idea, but I will try to let go of some of the anxiety I feel when they inevitably "forget"
sigh. it's nice to have this kind of insight, so thank you. i wish people had accepted the gift of drastically decreased Everything Gross transmission though, my three year break from being deathly ill every few months was so nice lol
The best mask compliance I've seen was at a jazz memorial in Berkley, CA in November 2022 (and, I suspect, other shows at that venue are comparable). Though, checking their website, they stopped requiring masks or proof of vaccination at the start of this year. But they also advertise an upgraded HVAC system with MERV-13 air filters . . .
