You would think with everyone doing CSS instead of images that cohost would use less data but idk

You would think with everyone doing CSS instead of images that cohost would use less data but idk
I quite like the bold decision to send everything full-res and let the browser cache it.
On the other hand, yesterday I loaded up an unfamiliar feed and I watched tens of megabytes disappear from my data limit right before my eyes. Android kept notifying me about high data usage, threateningly increasing the number twice a second. I kinda wish I had a network cable to dramatically unplug.
now we can link offsite images directly without having to worry about upload size limits >:)
