in case you didn't know, you can chain video filters together to get it all done in one command:
ffmpeg -ss 1:41 -to 2:46 -i mashed_potatoes.mp4 -vf "reverse, setpts=0.5*PTS, fps=30" -s 320:180 -c:v libwebp -lossless 0 -compression_level 3 -q:v 70 -loop 1 -preset picture -an -vsync 0 mashed_potatoes_reversed_smallish.webp
(in case you DO know and were separating them for clarity then i will simply say good post)

I think the masher is an OXO. can't see the handle too clearly, but it looks like the one I've got. most of their stuff is really good (and frankly the ones that aren't, are visually obvious that they won't be).

they do make mixing bowls but the one here isn't theirs.
