Certified autist here, and yes, I get random heart palpitations as well. I suspect it's a side-effect of the Ritalin I take. It's unnerving to feel my heart beat "out of turn", but my Fitbit never shows something unusual when it happens.

eeeee yeah kinda, I'm acutely aware of my heart rate most of the time and notice when my heart has a hiccup or skips a beat and that kind of thing. It's normally very fleeting and returns to normal in a matter of seconds at most, happens every day or so. Haven't had an ECG or seen a cardiologist over it because it's been a lifelong thing and my heart's otherwise in good health.

oh! oh!!! i know this one! did they have you wear a heart monitor for 24 hours? if not that's probably why they didn't find anything. I forget what it's called but there's a kind of arrhythmia that's entirely normal and not harmful that is more present in E dominant people. it's rarely talked about or checked for thanks to medical mysoginy and likely not tested for in your case specifically because of medical transmisogyny.

when I tried to figure out what was going on I had two cardiologists tell me it's a sign that HRT is killing me and I have to stop transitioning, then I lied to a third cardiologist by omitting the fact that I was trans / not releasing to him any of my medical records, so he actually ran tests and found that nope that's normal. gotta love texas lmao

it's like, the heart stutters and skips a beat once and hour to every few hours (now it's down to like once in a blue moon)

it is worsened by stimulants, caffeine, stress and poor sleep, so got better once I left the abusive relationship I was in, but it's nothing more than an annoyance.
