having lived in a house with a quarter bath, we know it's just a room with a toilet in it.
I feel like in America we'll eventually end up with the 7/8ths and 15/32nds bath since we like weird fractions so very much.
I live in a house with one-and-a-quarter bathrooms.
Feel free to figure out if it's a three-quarters bath + half-bath, one whole bath + a quarter-bath, or five quarter-baths
Quarter is definitely just a room with a toilet, because a room with a sink is a cheap kitchen.
