i hadn’t tried to do it until now but when i do <span style=“color: blue”>span tags it just spits out raw html? it doesn’t render the closing tag but it does show the first part. i’ve tried so many html tricks like font tags and stuff and i can’t figure out what y’all are doing?

I wanted to make color text like in a video game and it just displayed html tags for some reason
It looks like your quotation marks are getting transformed into Unicode quotes: “ is U+201C LEFT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK, but you want the ASCII " U+0022 QUOTATION MARK.
You can either hold down the quote button and choose which one you get, or you can tap in a text box and toggle the "smart quotes" option to turn it off
