I initially bought a Remarkable thinking it would be a great note-taking device; and while it certainly is that -- I never have note paper lying around anymore -- it has much more efficiently replaced my Kindle, and I've been reading a lot of books on my commute.
The large size and light weight make it perfect for that. Really glad that, thanks to it, I've finally managed to get back into the habit of reading books, after many, many years of not.
I do have a few complaints about its software, but most of all I just wish it was just a lil' cheaper. Other than that though, big recommendation from me!
