i had 5 minutes to mess around so i banged this one out- just a reposition on the Meteor Snake at the end. Big Snake is really such an easy category at the moment, i'm hoping to get to sub 3 soon.

great news! as you may already know, leaderboards need at least 3 active moderators (once that's feasible), per the speedrun.com moderation rules. @pinewarbler has graciously offered to take on the role of moderator, so that brings us up to the required 3 now- the other two being myself and @WolfWitch.

p.s. if anyone else would like to be added to the moderation team, feel free to ask (DM me on speedrun.com, i'm sysopod). you are not required to reach any sort of rank on the leaderboard, but being active in the community and having some runs on the board is probably good.

welcome to the very last Greed WR run above 5 minutes - i timed this as strictly as i could just to check and yes, i was just 70 milliseconds above 5. no other way to slice it. i almost abandoned this run thinking i wasn't gonna hit 1000 and then remembered I had the volcano snake but couldn't quite get it in time - but i'll take it, because this is still a pretty impressive time. kudos to @pinewarbler for the advice to go after rat snakes and the value of the boomslangs vs the arrow snakes. wouldn't have gotten anywhere near this time without other runners.
