tabletop rpg obsessed, particularly lancer, icon, cain, the treacherous turn, eclipse phase, and pathfinder 2e. also a fan of the elder scrolls and star wars, an avid gamer and reader of webcomics, and when my brain cooperates, a hobbyist writer.
the urge to share my creations versus the horrifying ordeal of being perceived. fight of the millennium. anyway posts about my ocs are tagged with "mal's ocs" (minus the quotes). posts about or containing my writing are tagged with "mal's writing" (again, sans quotes). posts about my sci-fi setting specifically are tagged "the eating of names". i'd pin the latter two if they were actually among my top 15 most used tags lol. fair warning, my writing tends to be quite dark and deal with some heavy themes.
avatar is a much more humanoid depiction of my OC Arwen Tachht than is strictly accurate, made in this Picrew. (I have humanoidsonas for my non-humanoid OCs because I cannot draw them myself and must rely on dollmakers and such, hooray chronic pain)

they're a little on the expensive side but i always like looking for clothes on vampire freaks, which has some extremely rad boots
thank you so much, these indeed look rad as hell! keeping this bookmarked for sure :3!
Depends on the style? Logger boots will last you and generally make the price worth it, but fashion boots are all the same quality (mediocre at best). Pleaser/Demonia are the typical high-heel boots and are fine I guess.
oooh, hadn’t considered logger boots, thank you :3! but how do i clear the logs? i don’t want my shoes tracking me everywhere i go! just, leaving tracks like normal shoes :3~
I recommend Thursday Boot Company.
Boots are something that you don't want to buy a crappy, low quality version of. These are genuine leather (not terrible disposable plastic) and pretty well made, but still at a very good price. They have a few different lace-up ones, hopefully one that fits your personal style. I think they look super cool.
noted, thank you for the advice and recommendation. i may wait to buy boots until i can afford something nicer, but, i’m unsure if i’d really like them yet… gotta go try stuff on :3!
