Edit: I'd say to support the original artist(s), but since they broke off you can't really support the original band anymore. I'm not even sure if the profits from their EP goes to them anymore. You can support A2 (AKA Mona Lisa Overdrive), which consists of two of the former member for Sins (afaik).

There's 9 different versions of broken? I'd like to investigate further about this.. a few months ago I heard that sins of a divine mother disbanded due to Wylie running into a bunch of legal trouble. I looked at a few court cases online and found quite a few associated with his name. If you have any other information, do let me know! I love this band and I'm very happy that someone uploaded them to YouTube music, Spotify, apple music and other music platforms
Can you send me some stuff on those? That’d be really interesting to look into. Also I really would love all versions of broken to do like a mega mashup of some sort and then i can post it to yt :)

so sorry this took a while to respond to lol...
i heard that the son of one of the band members (i think it was the lead singer) was the one that reuploaded the songs (at least to youtube). as far as i know, they confirmed the 9 different versions of broken but never found untied we strand, you lie, and too much time. the way i got those songs is from youtube, where some random channel that uploaded nu metal apparently found the songs.
That’s amazing! Just what I needed to hear! Now, with that out of the way, is there anywhere I can find/download the other 7 versions because I already have broken, and broken heart but I still need the other ones and I plan on doing a super big SOADM mashup with all of the versions of the song when I get them. I couldn't tell if this was a different version of broken heart or just broken. I'm pretty certain they're identical, but maybe they aren't - Broken (in lower case)
this one is a bit of a woozy. i went out on a limb here, but i thinkkkk it is in lower quality. i don't know if it's because of the uploader ripping it poorly, or if it's the fault of the studio production in an early version. either way, I'm desperate here, so i got this one. (by the way, the reason that it's called "broken - sins of a divine mother.mp3.mp3" is because the original title had .mp3 at the end.) - Broken (beta 4)
this one is a direct rip from a beta of the game shadow the hedgehog. i don't think anything's different about this one, but i got it just in case. at least, it's in high quality.

Yea, I just examined the ther versions and one is in fact a direct rip and one sounding like it was used in an early flash Internet anim. And broken heart is weird because with the beginning and end riff, the audio is usually only in the right ear but seems to stay exclusive to the left this time. I’ll mash them up and see how it would have sounded like possibly during studio recording. We’ll see what happens but when I get the website name of where the other versions are listed I’ll drop it in a reply. Anywho, see y’all soon.
broken heart (other version) it could possibly be a case of weird ripping, but hopefully it's another version of broken heart. so I think it might be safe to say we found another version of broken. 3/9

There’s also a broken “version 2” on last.fm as well and I want to hear it but I assume it’s just broken heart, however there is the alt version of broken as well as the weird Russian version and some other ones I can’t quite recall but I’ll look into it when I get home (I’m doing all of this research on my school ipad 😭) and I’ll see what I can find that’s within the boundaries of the school Wi-Fi and device management restrictions.
i use my school hromebook so i can relate. i cant use cohost on my school wifi but hopefully we can get it to work

No worries, thanks for getting back to us! I got in contact with Dan Parker (Odyessy from sins) today and he said that two of the songs (out of Untied we Strand, You Lie and Too much time) were released. I'll just copy and paste what he said since I'm lazy:
"actually two of those songs were released, yes. Untied We Strand was a remix I did for an EDM group. I forgot the name, but I had it posted on Myspace when the A2 and Mona Lisa Overdrive pages had a huge following and daily play counts. (miss the myspace days for sure). Too Much Time was released as a cover on Cleopatra Records Worlds Greatest Tribute to Styx, *but has since been replaced by another track. You Lie was a demo for my solo project- "Odyssey and the New Revolution". Which by the way... I am rebooting this summer, and will be completing You Lie as part of that. All three were not Sins, A2 or MLO tracks, as I produced them myself. except that Wylie Beechler does play guitar on too much time. and Kyle did guitar on You Lie. My friend Steave Giles played bass on You Lie."
