I have a theory that the most memorable usernames on social media satisfy the following conditions
- Composed of two words which are not normally seen together
- The first word is one syllable
- The second word is either two or three syllables, with the emphasis on the second to last syllable
With that in mind, I have browsed the scrabble dictionary looking for words that fit these criteria. Below are some examples:
punchrobot
morphsafari
lacearmor
noisealchemy
breadhangover
mallmagnet
bloodhighway
I'm sure that somebody with more time and ability to code could make a random username generator. I think there are other rules too, but I haven't really delved into it
