the thing that airplanes (and metaphorically company (stocks)) can do, or as MW defines it:
a downward nose-first plunge of a flying object (such as an airplane), or a sudden extreme drop (stock prices took a nosedive)
Like I realize this was the joke but I assumed it was A Company That Existed
idea: company named Nosedive Investing that does nothing but short companies like twitter
