How do 16,000 people find work? I don't know what a recovery from this even looks like - and all evidence is it's getting worse before it gets better.

Yeah, i'm seeing people with +15 years of experience struggling to get even an interview. One can just keep trying and hope that the cycle changes and we start seeing green sprouts soon, all that. But definitely, things are dire now.
It really feels like it's going to take at least two years for this AI hype cycle and all the firings to finally shake out. Shit sucks right now in tech and gaming.
