There's this truck stop in American Truck Simulator north of Pueblo, Colorado, at the Drew Dix Parkway exit on I-25. For reasons I cannot fathom, whenever I drive up to this truckstop, the many many trucks parked along the road next to the facility and parked in the facility... honk. Repeatedly. As if half of them have decided they have a car alarm now and are blaring. It is the funniest thing in the game.
After experiencing this again the other night, my partner scrawled "HORN TEST AREA NEXT 1/2 MILE" on a sticky note and handed it to me. I made the first two (blue) signs and then the absurdity quickly got out of hand. I like the idea of some traffic engineer deciding, well, everybody's honking on this part of the freeway anyway, may as well mark it as an Area.
