I fucking hate programs that install themselves into %appdata% like Telegram, I understand it doesn't require UAC permissions to update itself this way, but it always causes windows to get real fucking confused when it does.
Install yourself into Program Files like a normal fucking program
put the program and all its crap in there
and alias-mount (even shadow mount) it to somewhere in program files
you can now update the program without admin perms. congratulations
you can even distribute the app this way
