it'll be truly tragic if little puff cap sleeves are making a real comeback but if it means i have not only an excuse but arguably an ethical imperative to cut up more shirts then it is perhaps redeemable......... but still 2/3rds of my dollar store seasonal aisle clothing for children haul has them. everyone be careful out there
