Gawdddd they are such a small fraction of an interaction but it stresses out me out so bad when when I -know- i'm having a hiccup keeping up with a conversation and I can tell the customer facing worker is trying not to snap at me over it. Like if there was a way to resolve the situation without involving you at all I'd be doing it!
