Wildsea has some interesting aspects to it. Since it treats Traps, Monsters, Supernatural Events, and Environment the same, it boils everything down to having a Description (Name, what it looks/sounds/smells/feels/etc like), Aspects (Which are The Things It Does, such as a Storm having Churning Waves), and if you want something reusable, you can give it Quirks that can differentiate one Storm from another.

Aspects are both Actions and HP of the hazard. The Storm having Churning Waves means that when the environment takes an action, it does this using one of the Aspects as a Vector. Simultaneously, you deal "damage" to those Aspects to overcome the challenge.
