so i picked up Highfleet because i remember a few friends trying it out a while back and damn, i just got myself into another SIGINT/ELINT simulator didn't i
i started a nuclear war to get out of an impossible situation where I was backed into a corner with low fuel and most of my combat ships wrecked, and I have the following to report:
- nuclear war is bad
- there are more of them than there are of you
- they have more missiles than you do
- nuclear war is bad
they give you nuclear missiles to tempt you into making bad decisions that you will regret because it is always a bad decision to start a nuclear war
this is what hell looks like
(the circles are only potential predicted strike group radar danger zones, since I didn't know their exact position most of the time, but my guesses were pretty good - I ended up surrounded by two strike groups and an aircraft carrier battlegroup here)
i think i just like games where SIGINT and ELINT are the most important things you can be doing
anyway here's highfleet again
