gonna be a challenge but i should probably try cutting down on weed and caffeine and drinking more water ✌🏼✌🏼 [peace signs emoji] at least, like, some of the days out of the week. it's mostly habit tbh i'm just like 'mild substances make my brain go vroom' but i don't think it helps with the bodily feeling like crap. also i should have more variety of food that i actually like to eat. also i should change like 524,000 things about my life.
