this was to be almost like a shoot em up where you could collect ingredients from fallen enemies and use them to create potions which would have different effects when thrown
i still think this is a cool idea, but i wasn't really able to pull off shoot em up mechanics that i actually found fun, and it would've been a loooot of work to put together the potion system i envisioned (basically each ingredient would change the effects of the potion based on when it was added--there's a spreadsheet that me and a friend made for mapping out everything here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Eg3fHqAJbSmh4dw2TfEuoY1O6SKTxzCQtrkaMrG0w-U/edit?usp=sharing )
