i know Zorin is basically just Ubuntu with a lot of custom theming for GNOME but my god is that custom theming pretty. i turned that USB i bought into a little Linux distro demo USB by putting Ventoy on it and just throwing a load of ISOs on there. and wow Zorin is just so pretty. definitely the best distro for people moving from Windows for the first time imo. and also insanely easy to install nvidia drivers, which is nice

Design wise I prefer a rather barebones GNOME / mac-like layout (I'm on Pop!OS), but yeah Zorin looks very nice, especially for people more used to Windows 11.
i prefer standard GNOME but i appreciate Zorin being so user-friendly to Windows users who have absolutely no clue about Linux just want a purely GUI experience
