You're actually calling it a chastity bulge. I mean, there's still the appropriated slur gender term in the search tags (I put problematic terms in my search tags. It's the curse of SEO), but I appreciate that the appropriated slur gender term isn't the term being used here. This is genuinely the first time I've seen that.
