A. The 3rd floor is a single room. The windows on the N & S walls are covered with heavy drapes. It is lit by a few floor lamps, the room has 4 electric outlets. The room is cluttered with a variety of furniture and barber equipment. The floor is swept clean. At the south end is a large locked roll-top desk containing a few counterfeit prescription pads for alcohol. The publisher on the 2nd floor sells fake prescriptions for $1/each. The Dr. doesn't know.
