I am an aficionado of Japanese curry. This is one of my fave preparations of it where you use minced ingredients! I used rainbow carrots, onions, celery, daikon radish, and ground beef for this.
I love this because in a couple of days I can take the cold curry and make curry pan or curry udon or even curry omurice!
Curry is one of my all time favorite dishes. I'd like to learn how to make better curry but I can haven't been able to make anything that matches the blocks of curry mix you can buy at the store
I normally just use the roux blocks for japanese curry. Most recipes call for using S&B Curry Powder anyways, so it's going to end up tasting pretty similar no matter what!

Ah, curry. It never looks appetizing to my eye, but the smell never fails to make me excited!
