I mean like... You can get braces as an adult if it would help your teeth!! Then you get the best of both worlds :D
I had them when I was a teen so I see them as like totally integral to middlespace. But it's so hard to find "play" braces that aren't stupidly expensive!
The ones I've seen have basically been prosthetics for movies or similar stuff and they're pretty expensive!
Hmmmm... I mean, with a bit of crafting skill and patience, you can probably conjure something up yourself. Maybe use one of those cheap plastic halloween-vampire-teeth-thingies as a base? 🤔
You need braces because you constantly use your pacifier. And you use your pacifier because you're teething because of your braces.

I feel like dragon braces would have to be forged of some kind of super-strong fantasy metal. Steel wire will do for most mortals, but a dragon would need enchanted mythril or adamantite or orichalcum…
GODDDDDDDD and you know that would make it so you'd have to teethe really badly! So you'd end up even more addicted to your pacifiers.....
