Mini painting is really fun but boy howdy does it take up your time haha! Very happy with the amount of work I was able to do tonight. The cape especially.
Btw if you ever want to learn how to paint fabric, the easiest way is to:
-block out everything in a color 1 shade darker than your base coat
-use a selective wash in only recesses and heavy folds
-layer over ONLY the raised areas with your base color
-then thin the base color heavily and start painting towards the shade to establish a gradient
-then repeat with a thinned highlight color, only on raised areas
It's a little tedious but well worth it, imo.
Finished Yndrasta tonight! I'm super happy with the final results. There's the possibility that I take a look tomorrow morning and decide to add some items or something, but for the time being I think I'm good.
