The corpos have networked biochemical analyzers installed at every stage of plumbing and wastewater infastructure; in the future, you can't piss in a storm drain without "the man" knowing your identity, location, who sold you the pills in your bloodstream and how long it's been since you last slept.

There's only one way to stay off the grid - stay off the potty. You'll never catch a hacker dumping a private mail server without also dumping their pants, and bars frequented by enemies of the state have replaced bathrooms with changing rooms, complete with a bodged-together incinerator for secure destruction. A saboteur inflitrating a corpo office tower forgoes their loud, massive pampers (a dead giveaway) for a thin and discreet medical brief; hours into the operation they're potty-dancing in the elevator ride down from the CEO's office, bladder full to bursting with evidence that could tie them to the crime...
