I'm not the kind of person who generally likes replaying games (even if there are a lot of options). But yeah I could see this being something I revisit in a couple of years.
Especially once more community mods come out. If they release some kind of custom story tool like they did with Neverwinter Nights then I could see this having a life for years and years and years.
Yea, neither am I. But I can see it being something I'm inspired to play when another Larian game (or similar high profile CRPG) comes out in the somewhat distant future.
I understand this. I got it recently and beat it. I still enjoy playing it with friends, and I can't wait for the mod tools update. Still, knowing that there won't be anything exactly like it is difficult to grasp. I have to remind myself that this is part of art.
I have used the game as a reason to explore real life tabletop more and try and make myself a better DM. I hope that I can use this art to make my life better even if it is now just something I will mostly get replay value off of by playing with friends.
But now you get to play dozens of other CRPGs looking for something to scratch that itch that never comes close!
