I made latkes for the first time last night and all I can think about is how much I preferred them to normal mashed potato pancakes. I've made those dozens of times and they've always just been "fine" but never exciting.
I will absolutely be making latkes again in the future.
I feel like I can taste them through the screen. You really inspire me to take my basic cooking to the next level. I cant wait to have a more viable kitchen and make stuff like this.

Cooking is a ton of fun and it is awesome to have as a skill! I don't do anything fancy when I cook. I feel like anyone can get good results if they pay attention and try!
