I think I'm going to put gourmet mushroom growing on the backburner
It takes up a lot of space and time. I mean, the growing itself is passive, but it takes a lot of space while it's growing. And I don't think in the one year I've been doing it that I've broken even on the amount of mushrooms I've produced.
Mushrooms are still SUPER fascinating and it's not like I'm throwing any of this out. I just think I'm going to be re-evaluating if I want to keep spending money and time on this hobby.
