last time I played was with my sister and brother-in-law. It was a game called "Ethnos", which despite the weird-ass name and bog-standard fantasy theme was pretty fun.
I watch the board game review channel Shut Up and Sit Down semi-frequently, which I know sounds weird but if I'm not gonna be able to participate in the hobby then I'm gonna settle with pretending to be a part of it. I have a list of games I wanna play once I have the disposable income/somehow gain a friend with an extensive board game collection, and it's gonna be sooo great.
All my irl friends are sick of playing the one board game I own, The Resistance: Avalon. I guess playing Real Among Us isn't as appealing when you play it with the same group 5 times. They don't mind playing uno for eternity tho
