i agree with this for what it is. i was debating including something about the reference of near ("tasteless" is a very apt word)
but at minimum i would not take what nightcrawler is saying at face value
even assemblergames had more warning before it went down, and that was another case of the admin refusing to listen to offers to change hosts or buy the site outright
