I tried out some keto-friendly snacks today, roasted seaweed strips and parmesan crisps.
The seaweed strips were delicious but they were so light and airy that I don't think I could really replace my usual snacks with them. If they were a bit thicker, maybe. But they were soooo good tasting. I may look into other seaweed snacks but they only just have the one at our Walm.
Parmesan crisps are crunchy and crispy and have a nice satisfying umami flavor, but if you're not ready for the sharp acidic flavor of parmesan they can be pretty shocking. I was expecting a flavor more akin to a cheese puff, but then again these things are just 100% cheese and not a cheese-flavored corn snack. Now that I'm used to them I think they're delicious.
